what results should i expect?
First, it will depend on what you want to achieve. It will also depend on how committed you are to making the changes you want to make. And lastly, it will depend on where you are starting. If you struggle with change, have strong limiting beliefs that are holding you back, dig in and resist the process, or are suffering from mental health issues, the process may take a long time. Your coach will work with you and refer you for mental health supports if needed. Typically, with a minimum of 6 months of fully committed work on your goals for your customized coaching needs, you can expect to feel increased confidence, self-worth, freedom to create the life you desire. Most programs last between 8 – 12 months, however. Results are dependent again on your level of commitment and willingness to do the work.
